In its four years of existence KFTI has been able to maintain a professional standard in its training and as a result students of KFTI are already been able to start their career in the film industry. For example, a direction student already worked in Sandeep Ray's production team, while others working on assignment basis. KFTI helps the students to get guild membership which is essential for working in the industry. It is heartening to note that more and more Screen Acting students are working in television and getting professional assignments. The first batch of Independent Filmmaking students are already busy in developing ideas and making short films.
